からすみバターパスタ一択なのですが、これにフォカッチャがつきます。
サルディーニャ地方の高級小麦のパスタが大量のからすみとバターをうけとめるんですが、中太のパスタは小麦の味がしっかりしていてもちもち麺なのに美味しい。もちもち麺が美味しいって言うのは初めてで新鮮でした。つるしこ麺が好きなのに。
からすみがむせるほど、バターも塊で盛ってくれるのに、さらに追いからすみや追いバターもできますとお声掛けがあります。
ケチケチしてなくて、映えまで意識してくれてます。二郎系よりジャンクとは店主談ですが、化学調味料は一切入ってません。
しっかり美味しいし。
残ったからすみバターはフォカッチャに付けて綺麗に食べ切りました。
はー、すっかり食べ切ってしまいました。
