来店前はエッグバーガーかアボカドチーズバーガーかの2択でしたが、好奇心が止まりませんでした。
ホタルイカチーズバーガーは、
今が旬の富山県産のホタルイカに桃とサワークリームベースのソースとコルビージャックチーズをトッピングした春らしいバーガーです。

程なくして着バーガー。
バンズはカリカリ。
その中にホタルイカと桃のサワークリーム、トマト、チーズ、パテがあります。
試みは面白いですが、まずはベーシックな品をいただくべきでした。
バンズとパテが好きなタイプだっただけに少し残念。
