門前仲町駅から木場方向に徒歩5,6分。
バーとしてあまりにも有名なオーパの向かいにあるイタリアンに初訪問。
ドアのロゴ下に「Since2022」と書いてあるので新しいお店ですね。
店内に入ると、微かにヒノキの香りがして癒されます。
オーダーしたのは、人気No.1の「A5佐賀牛と旬のおまかせ6000円コース」。

・自家製パン マスカルポーネクリーム
・福井鰤のプレコット 和歌山蜜柑と柚子でマリネした白菜
・産地直送の野菜のロースト シェーブルソース
・北海道ヤリイカとセルバチコのスパゲッティ
・北海道白子と穴子と茄子の煮込み
・佐賀A5和牛と宮崎産地頭鶏の盛り合わせ

すべて、見た目の美しさも含めて、とても美味しかったですが、
個人的に最も感動したのは、
「福井鰤のプレコット 和歌山蜜柑と柚子でマリネした白菜」です。
脂の乗った鰤にお新香のように爽やかな白菜がベストマッチでした。
3名で、ビールで乾杯したのちに、
白ワインボトル2本、赤ワインボトル1本。
お会計は一人14,000ほど。
安くはありませんが、料理と接客のクオリティを考えると、
良心的な価格設定だと思いました。
通いたいお店ができてうれしいです。
