イタリアンのコースにあわせ、イタリアのナチュールワインをペアリングしていただきました。
前菜には泡、温菜に白、パスタとメインは赤。
ペアリングしてもらうと、自分では気付かない組み合わせだったり、新しい出会いがあって楽しい。
今回も、それぞれ、お料理もワインも美味しくなる組み合わせ。
お料理は、旬の素材がふんだんに使われているので、目にも舌にも楽しい。
ペースにあわせてワインを継ぎ足してくれるのも、心地よくて、すっかりのんびりしちゃいました。
