東陽町にできたタイ料理屋さん
HEY! BROTHER POM(ヘイ！ブラザーポム)へ。
店先にはテイクアウト利用のお客さんも
多数。
ワンコOKとのことなので愛犬と一緒に訪問。
お店は壁のない解放的なつくりで2階は屋根
付きのテラス席になっているのでそちらを
利用させていただいた。
グリーンカレー(チキン)1100円を注文。
サラダ・スープ付き。
サラダにはスイートチリドレッシング、
スープは熱々濃厚なチキンスープで美味し
かった。
グリーンカレーはココナッツミルクのまろや
かな甘さの中に青唐辛子のピリッとした辛みが
あり、タイバジルが香る本格的な味。
具材はナスと鶏肉だけとちょっと寂しい内容
なのでナスを減らしてもグリーンカレー定番の
ふくろたけやタケノコ、パプリカあたりが
入っていたら食感的にも満足できそう。
お米はタイ米にしては柔らかめの炊き加減。
自分はトムヤムクンが好きなのでやらないのか
聞いてみたら今後メニューに加える予定はあるが
まだ味が決まらない(納得のいく味に仕上がって
いない)らしい。期待して待ちたい。
お店のかたがニコニコと明るくて雰囲気がとても
良かった。
