事業開発をサポートするブランディング会社である株式会社TWiNQが展開する
ベーグルやグルテンフリーの焼き菓子が楽しめるベーカリー＆カフェ。
天然温泉を使用して作られた美肌豆乳を生地に練り込んだもちもちベーグルや
鳥取県の豪円湯院の飲める温泉水と、鳥取県産大豆星の恵みで作られた
米粉100%の焼き菓子が並んでいます。
ベーグルサンドには塩麹チキンを使用するなど、健康を意識したメニューも。
この日ベーグルは4種類並んでいました。
プレーンでも390円なので値段としてはやや高め。
⚫︎温泉豆乳ベーグル 390円
豪円湯院の温泉豆乳を贅沢に使用したベーグルは、大豆のふくよかな香りと濃厚さが特徴です。
むぎゅっともっちり食感をお楽しみいただけます。
当店のベーグルは水分量を100%豆乳にし、作り上げています。
→レンジでチンか、トースターで温めて食べるのがおすすめと説明をしてもらったので、軽くトーストしていただきました。
トーストしても表面はパリッとすることはなく、しっとりめ。内側はもっちりというよりはふわっとしていてヒキも弱めでパン寄りです。
豆乳100%使用というだけあって生地からは優しい豆の甘みを感じます。決して豆臭いということはなく、シンプルに食べやすいです。
もう少し値段が抑えめであれば他の種類も試してみたかったです…。
