Nakau Bibowl. At Shiomi, a barren land for restaurants. I chose to have a katsudon at Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) which is known for its oyakodon. Of course, the official app was offering a 50 yen discount coupon. I also used a PayPay 5% back coupon. As they are particular about Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), the egg is fluffy and creamy and the broth is well seasoned. I'm also grateful that the soup isn't too thick. On the other hand, the biggest drawback is that the katsu meat itself is not very chewy. In other words, unfortunately, it seems that they use processed meat. Not to mention the size is not very reliable. Well, you can't expect too much from a 590 yen katsudon (even the specialty chain Katsuya has the cheapest at 594 yen). I muttered as I piled up the free pickled ginger. By the way, I noticed a poster advertising draft beer on the wall. Some restaurant encourage small drinks and sell various types of alcohol. Even so, draft beer for 290 yen is quite cheap. But personally, I think bottled beer would be better. It also saves the trouble of cleaning the server, so I would definitely like you to consider it. And next time, I will definitely have the newly introduced duck soba for 650 yen. They use a special 28% soba. I'm sure it's a bit too much duck flavor, but as a duck lover, I have to try it at least once. I'd like to have Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) about once a year.
