イタリアン食べながら美味しい赤ワイン飲みたいなぁ、と言う事で、新しいお店を開拓すべく食べログをチェックしまくっていたら、評価がなかなか上々の渋いお店を発見✨
店名も"びす寅"なんて、気取らない感じがとっても良いわ。
6時半に予約して伺いました。私たちが最初のお客さんでしたが、既に入店するときに外には「本日満席」の張り紙が。なかなかの人気店のようです。
予約必須ですね❗️
お通しの香ばしく焼かれたバケットをつまみながら、ビールを飲みつつお料理を選びます。
まずは、前菜盛り合わせ2人前。
これが、秀逸！9種類ものバラエティー豊かな前菜が集結。どれもお味がとっても良いです。
特にお気に入りは、小肌のマリネとクリームチーズ。
喉を潤す生ビールの後は、早速赤ワインタイム。まずは、ルーマニアのメルローから。
メルローは飲みやすいイメージだったのですが、お店の人からしっかり目ですよと説明された通り、いやいや、なかなか濃くて美味しい！
次に、お料理は店の方に食べるべきオススメを聞くと、グラタンと教えていただきましたので、本日のおすすめ黒板にあったポルチーニ茸のグラタンをいただきました。
これが、本当に絶品。ポルチーニ茸のうまみ濃厚で、チーズもたっぷり。
ワインがめっちゃ進みます。次はカリフォルニアナパ。樽仕込みのふわっと香るしっかりカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン。これめっちゃ好み！この後、2人して、さらに二杯こちらをおかわり。途中で、ボトルじゃなくていいですか？と聞かれた笑。ボトルにすれば絶対もっとコスパよかったはず！
次の料理は、メインの牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み。これが本当に食べたかった。そしてすごくおいしかった。ホロホロと解けるほど煮込まれて濃厚な赤ワインソース、付け合わせの焼き野菜も最高。ビジュもめっちゃ美しい。
最後に、どうしても気になったパスタゾーンのナポリタン！
このナポリタンもまた、ちょっぴり甘めのソースの気取らない味付けで締めにぴったり。半熟目玉焼きが載っていて、崩すとさらに旨味がアップして大満足！

鹿肉などのジビエもお勧めの黒板にありましたし、グラタンも絶対また食べたいので、門仲でイタリアンを食べたくなったら、びす寅さん、リピさせていただきます。
