JR東京駅からわずか3駅ながら、降りたことがなかった京葉線塩見駅。
その駅前のマルエツに併設されたインド料理店。
『ダージリンスパイス潮見店』（Darjeeling Spice）
店内はセルフサービスのフードコートスタイル。
二郎インスパイア系ラーメンの『豚吉』と相乗り店舗になっていてインドカレーと餃子を一緒に食べたりも可能。
2階席もあるのですがここが面白くて。
なんとマルエツ店内が一望できる絶景ロケーション！
なんだか貴重。
カレーは「欧風カレー」「カトマンズカレー」「カシミールカレー」「スパイスカレー」の4つに分類されています。
ちなみに「カシミール」は『デリー』の同名カレーとは違い、北インド・カシミール式カレーのようですね。
その他「カレー屋が本気で創った醤油カレーラーメン」や「ビリヤニセット」なんかもあります。
いろいろ謎で面白い！
けれど私がいちばん気になったのはこちら。
「南インドの熱風がお口の中を吹き抜けます」
吹き抜けて欲しい！
★スパイシーメンダマサラ¥825
なんと、セミドライタイプなキーマに茄子がたっぷり。
ライスは日本米で、その上にパパドがそそり立っています。
ちなみに添えられた瓶は福神漬けです。
辛口でお願いしたのでなかなかのパンチ。
メンダ（menda）がどういう意味かは分からなかったのですが、南インド料理の何かがベースになっているのでしょうか？
（東インド・オディシャ州にMendaという街がありますが、南よりは北ですね）
いずれにせよ、まだまだ謎多きカレー店。
