Visited for lunch on a holiday.While I was looking around thinking there were no lunch options around here, I was drawn to the clean exterior and Japanese-style meal and decided to sit at the counter for 7-8 seats. It's a small restaurant with one table for four people, but I wonder if it's new? It's beautiful. There were 2 groups of customers in front of me, and 2 more groups came after me, so it seems to be popular. I ordered the boiled fish set meal for a healthy feeling, and it arrived within 10 minutes. The rice and miso soup were served on this tray. It didn't seem like it was, so it was served separately.Chawanmushi...I prefer a lighter taste.Tsukudani...It was salty...Miso soup...Is it bluefish? There are very few pickles and they seem to have a weak taste...maybe they are bran pickles? The acidity is strong. Sablefish... it's plump and tastes great with the tofu as well. Sashimi... it's very meaty. The seasoning of the side dishes wasn't to my liking, but the boiled fish is delicious and I think the ingredients are good.
