しかし味仙の味に近い本物の
台湾ラーメンには出逢えていません。
本当はひき肉が辛く旨いのに
どこもスープを唐辛子で辛くして
真っ赤なスープ
名古屋流の金胡麻担々麺や汁なし担々麺は
赤味噌ときしめんの様な平打ち麺を
使っているそうです。
しかし今回も3時に酔っ払って食べたので
