郊外で一流を味わえる。大切な1日におすすめ。
新浦安でお祝いごとの打合せ。
しかし、そこは専門式場のためレストランがない。
せっかく両家集まったので、近くで美味しい料理を味わえるところはないかと探したところ、数駅横の葛西臨海公園にホテルオークラ系列のホテルを発見。
電話で事情を話すと、個室を案内してくれ、お料理もスペシャルメニューを用意してくれるという。
しかもかなりリーズナブルである。
だいたい電話の対応でそこのレベルを測ることができる。
大変に満足できるものであった。
さて、当日。
打合せが延び遅れたにも関わらず、相変わらず丁寧に対応いただく。
入口から一番奥まで通される。
扉の向こうが個室らしい。
扉を開けるとそこはまるで貴賓室のようである。
期待以上過ぎて写真を撮り忘れた。
わざわざ料理長も出て来てくれた。
ん？若い。私より少し上くらいか。
しかも両家のお局たちは、イケメンだと騒いでいる。
※酔った2人はその後、スリーショットをゲットしたのだ。
さてさて、お料理。
ちょうど高知県フェアなるものをしていたようで、高知県の食材を使った料理から始まる。
高知県の野菜を使ったサラダや一本釣りした金目鯛など。
若松茸なるものを使った冷製スープには驚いた。
サーモンのパイ包やメインのお肉理が出る頃にはだいぶアルコールも進んだため詳細を伝えられないのが残念だが、間違いなく美味かった！
全てにおいて一流を味わうことができたおかげで、良い方向に進みそうだ。

叙勲祝い会でお邪魔しました。
コース料理にまた高知県の食材が。
四万十ポークのパスタ美味かった。
フランス料理のパスタって少ない。笑
大皿で食べたいと思いました！
昼からワイン飲みまくってご機嫌さん。
主賓も喜んでいただけたようで良かった。
すごくコスパの良いレストランだと思います。
