First of all, the medium curly noodles with rich miso back fat are extremely delicious. And the gravy unbelievable Gyoza / Dumpling which won Gyoza / Dumpling Grand Prize, is also exquisite. If you don't eat it in one bite, the meat juices will almost always splatter lol. It's a waste. The meat juices gush out in your mouth when you take a bite and it hums in your mouth. I can't get enough of the juicy taste of Xiaolongbao. It's also good to have it with rock salt and pepper. Recommended. My mother's customer service was also very nice.
