友人に蟹が美味しい店があると紹介され訪問。特に「かにコロッケ」が秀逸という。
さっそく注文してみる。丸いサクサクのコロッケ。食べてみると、カニコロッケというより、かにクリームコロッケ。蟹の風味はあるが、クリーム感が強すぎて、素材の美味しさを活かしきれていない感じ。
ほかにもサラダや焼き魚など、いろいろ頼んでみたが、普通の居酒屋レベル。
難点はオペレーションが悪い。この日はたまたまだっだのかもしれないが、調理をする人が１人だったもよう。
最初のビールが到着してから、最初の料理サラダが届くまで約２０分。
その後も、頼んだ料理の間違いや失念などもあり、気持ちよく飲食とはいかず。
客席は半分ほど埋まっていた程度だったが、満席だとどうなるのか。
葛西駅から15分ほど歩いたが、歩く価値は・・・どうかな。
