平日ゴルフ終わりの夕方、17時前に空いてる店探す。地元に居ながら中々足が向かなかったのですが、以前蕨店の印象が良かったのでココに。
モツ煮とビールを注文。モツ煮を突きながらビールと思っていたんだが中々モツ煮が来ない。
やっと来たと思ったらなんだかぐつぐついってるぞ？うーん普通で良いんだけどな。気を衒わずシンプルに味で勝負しろっていいたくなる。。
あとのちに頼んだやきとん、これがまた酷かった。全体的に水っぽい。ひょっとしてオーブンかなんかで焼いた？ってくらいしっとり。カリカリジューシーな豚バラを期待してたのに本当にがっかり(しかも当店串物は全て炭火で焼いております！って看板がデカデカ貼ってあるのに)
早い時間で炭の用意が遅れたんですかね？それにしても全体的にうーーんな店ですね。再訪は無しです。
