里芋のポテトサラダ、マグロとアボカドのユッケ、白エビの唐揚げ、海老しんじょう、せいろ蕎麦を注文。
里芋のポテサラはジャガイモよりもツルツルとしている上に、ポテサラにのせてある揚げ物がカリカリして食感がとても良い。わさび風味のドレッシングともマッチしていて美味しかったです。
海老しんじようは少し食べづらいですが、香ばしくて海老がプリプリしておりとても美味しいです。見た目の斬新さも料理を引き立てております。
蕎麦屋だけにそばの美味しさは引き立っております。コシがあり風味豊かで味わい深い蕎麦であります。是非とも〆で食していただきたい代物であります。
残念だったのは白エビのかき揚げかな⁈白エビの水分の影響か、揚げ温度の影響かわかりませんが、カラッと感が少なく少し違和感があります。味は美味しかっただけに少し残念。
全体的に美味しかったですし、窓から見えるレインボーブリッジが気分も良かったのですが、最後に不満を言わせていただくと、来店時の待ちは０人だったので、すぐに入れると予想して待っておりましたが、お店から出て行く人は数グループおりましたが、なかなか声をかけてもらえずに待つこと約１５分。
最初に少し時間がかかる旨と入店時の案内時に一言謝罪があれば良かったのにと思いました。
そんな点もありながらもとても良いお店とは思いました。
