●「夜景の見える席は空いてますか？」
しかし、ボーイのおじさんは、ほとんどこちらの話を聞いていないみたい…。
とっとと中に案内されてしまいました。
●アクアシティお台場は夜景が売りです。
店内はスタジアムのように段々になっていました。
どの席からも夜景が楽しめる仕組み。
特に前２列はカウンター席、目の前がレインボーブリッジです。
でも会話はし辛(づら)そう。
少し窓から手前のボックス席へ。
●フェア中の焼肉ペアセットは２人で5800円。
中にタン塩は入ってないのに、檸檬と小皿が出てきてました。
特にコメントのない味、というより記憶に残らない味でした。
お台場は料理より景色だなぁ。
●デザートに《焼きバニラアイス》を注文。
一体これはどんな料理？
期待していると、アルミホイールにバニラアイスが乗って出てきました。
網を新しいものに取り替えて、そこにのせ弱火に炙り始めます。
まるで蓋をしてないキノコのホイール焼のよう。
給仕の人が盛んにアイスをひっくり返します。
やがてアイスの塊を小皿に取って、残ったレーズン？(下に埋もれてた)と溶けたバニラをさらに炙ります。
最後にそれをバニラにかけて出来上がり。
一口食べて吃驚。
…そのままアイスを食べた方が美味しいです。
あんなに手間をかけたのに…
