○なぜ、事前に食べログの評価を見ておかなかったのかと後悔
書いてある通りでした。
「ちょっと気分が悪くなる内容なんで、そういうのが嫌な人はこの後は読まないでください」（他の人と同じ感想ですし）
○バイキングを敬遠する人がイメージするのは、たぶんこんなカンジだろうと思わせる内容
ランチで税込約￥１，８００（ほぼ２，０００じゃん！）のバイキング、料理はざっぱに２０～３０種、少なっ！
いや、少ないことそのものは悪いことではないのですが、少数精鋭どころか、値段にみあうものはローストビーフ１品のみで他は考えられる限り低レベルの雑魚ばかり。（マズイわけではなく、美味しくないという微妙なレベルなのがまた・・・）
なのに制限時間「６０分」て・・・
ちなみにローストビーフもあくまで牛肉という点で「値段に見合う」といってますが、味はスーパーのパックで売ってあるレベルでさらに味付けが「ポン酢」（とわさび）、せめて醤油でもあれば・・・
料理のレベルで思い出したのは「ココスの朝食バイキング」、ただし約￥７００ということでＣＰはそこまで悪くなかったけどこっちは・・・
ハンバーグ、パスタ、ドリア、から揚げ、カレー、パン、デザート類、とにかくあらゆる料理が最低コストで提供されてます。
パンはスーパーで売ってる一番安いやつを想像してください。米は外国産か、国産としても売れ残ったすごい古米を大量に安く購入してるとかそんな感じ
安いバイキングでよく見かけるシロップ漬けのフルーツなど、ここでは書けないような味でした。
○本当なら激しく後悔してもおかしくないのに、むしろいい社会勉強になったと思えるのは、「これまで私が高く評価してきた店の評価はやっぱり間違ってなかった」という確信と共に満足感が得られたから？
○たまに帝国ホテルや外資系の一流ホテルのバイキングを「おいしくなかった」と酷評されてる方がいますが、そういう方はぜひここを訪れてほしいです。ランチで１万とかの食事と比較されてもね…
○東京ビッグサイトの客を取り込め、また旅行会社が経営しているホテルなんでツアーの団体客が強制的に連れてこられるためにそれなりに繁盛しているようです。団体客の多くは、引退して年金生活をされているご老人で、たぶん味とか気にされないのでしょう。田舎にいるうちの両親や祖母だって「おいしい」とか言いそう…
○ウィキでワシントンホテルをみたら、当初来客が少なく経営難であったところ、最近やっと客足が増えて建て直せたようで、ホテル側としても大変なんだと思うと怒りもわきません。
これも市場原理の当然の帰結なんですかね…
