有明でお仕事でしたので、近くのホテルレストランでランチをいただきました。
ワシントンホテルの１階にあるレストラン『ジョージタウン』さんです。
ランチメニューはビュッフェのみでした。
和洋バランスよくさまざまなお料理が並べられていましたが、あまり統一感はありませんね。
ただ、ローストビーフは、その場でシェフが切ってくれるようでした。
ふだんローストビーフなどのお肉料理を好んで食べることは少ないのですが、ついいただいてしまいました。
その場で作ってくれるという付加価値もお料理を美味しくする要因ですね。
実際、切りたてなので乾いてなく、美味しかったです。
そのほかのお料理で特に目立ったものは、チョコレートフォンデュでしょうか。
生野菜を使ったサラダの種類が少なかったのは残念でしたが、筑前煮の根菜が美味しかったです。
サービス面では、流石に大きなホテルのレストランですから、満席に近い状態でもお料理が滞ることもありませんでした。
