東京ビッグサイトで開催されている展示会に参加したあと、こちらで夕食をいただきました。
こちらのお店は東京ベイ有明ワシントンホテルの直営レストランで、朝食、ランチはブッフェを、ディナーはブッフェと軽いおつまみなどいただけるレストランです。
今回は2月までのブッフェ「あったか鍋フェアーディナーブッフェ」をいただきました。
冬の風物詩『鍋』を題材に全国各地の美味しい鍋が大集合。
旬の肉、魚、野菜を使用し各地域の特色を活かした鍋が一度に味わえるディナーブッフェとのことです(*∩∀∩*)ﾜｸﾜｸ♪
まずは
・口水鶏 (よだれ鶏) 四川風鶏肉のピリ辛ダレ
・チキンマカロニグラタン
・コーン
・ミックスビーンズ
を選び、そして関西人の癖でしょうか！？
ご飯とたこ焼きをチョイスしました(。-∀-)
次はシェフズライブ鉄板焼き コーナーの「オーストラリア産ビーフステーキ」で、照焼きソースとメンドテールバターを添えていただきました。
ジューシーな牛肉で食べごたえたっぷりのお肉で、バターのコクも合わせて美味しかったですね。
このあとはアイスやスイスロールバニラ、ガトーショコラケーキ、ショートケーキ、芝麻球 (ごま団子)をいただきお腹いっぱいになりました。
