今回グルメ体験してきたのは、ゆりかもめのお台場海浜公園駅より徒歩3分ほど、お台場海浜公園の中にある「タールムビアンコお台場店（TARLUMBIANCO）」。隠れ家的なイタリアンですが、ドリンクメニューが充実しているのでカフェ使いにも向いています。ペットは店内への同伴が可能となっています。
お店はお台場海浜公園内の「マリンハウス」の2階にあります。訪問日は団体の貸切パーティーが催されていたようですが、20時を回っていたこともあり、ちょうど終了したタイミングだったので、2名＋ワンちゃんであればということで受け入れてくださいました。本来であれば、そのまま閉店するみたいだったので感謝です。
店内は団体の貸切パーティーが終わったばかりだったということもあり、まだ片付けが完了しておらず、いろいろなものに布が被せられ隠されている状態でした。しかし、今度は我々の貸切状態だったので気兼ねすることなく、愛犬と一緒にゆっくりと過ごすことができました。
このお店の売りの一つは店内からの夜景でしょう。東京湾を一望できる大きな窓からは、海浜公園、レインボーブリッジ、東京タワーと、最高のロケーションが目の前に広がっています。東京湾に浮かぶ屋形船がのんびりと航海している様を見るのも風情があっていいですね。
フードメニューはパスタ系が中心で、スパゲッティが3種類、タリオリーニとフィットチーネとリゾットが1種類ずつ用意されています。前菜は5種類あり、新鮮な魚介類が主体のメニュー構成になっています。他にもスープ、サラダ、サイドディッシュ、デザートなどが用意されています。
注文したドリンクは「クランベリージュース」（税込640円）と「柚子ソーダ」（税込684円）。前者はクランベリーの主張の強い酸味とほのかな甘味が良いバランスでミックスされています。後者は爽やかな香りの柚子の果実がグラスの下にたくさん沈んでいて、実が大きいのでストローで吸うのが大変です。
1つ目の料理は「カラスミとホタテのクリームソース–フィットチーネ-」（税込1,366円）。最初はメニューに載っていた「生ウニのクリームソース–フィットチーネ」を注文したのですが用意がなく、代わりに提案いただいたメニューです。カラスミはウニとチーズを混ぜたような独特な香りでホタテとの相性も抜群、クリームソースが全体の味わいをまろやかに仕立てています。
2つ目の料理は「真ダコと自家製トマト、バジルのトマトソース–スパゲッティ-」（税込1,366円）。真ダコは思っていたよりも固くなく身がプリプリしているうえに旨味が濃縮されていて、トマトの酸味やバジルの甘みのある爽やかな香りと素敵なハーモニーを奏でています。
