出張先でのお昼に『鮨処 宇田川』さんに来ました。
近くで開催されている大規模な展示会の影響で30分待ちですが、気にせずに入店です。
店内は、カウンター席、テーブル席、座敷となってます。ランチのにぎりは１つ『ランチ にぎり1100円』のみでした。（通常メニューもOKでした）
30分待ちで案内されましたが、カウンター席で3席、テーブル席、座敷でも数席空いてます。
2人の板さんではちょっと大変な様です。
それでも10分程で白い角皿に盛られて『ランチにぎり』が出てきました。
ネタの説明はありませんでしたが、巻き物は綺麗に巻かれてますし、にぎりも形が整ってます。
にぎりは『中トロ』『ブリ』『赤身』『イカ』『エビ』『玉子』『サーモン』『鉄火巻』『かっぱ巻き』です。
忙しい中お好みで『穴子』をお願いしました。
裏の厨房で、炙り直しをした『穴子』が出てきました。
展示会出張の時は、毎回利用させていただきます。ご馳走様でした。
