有明の友人の引越しを手伝った後に1人で訪問。
時刻は20時、店内はグループが３組ほどで、すでに居酒屋に近い雰囲気でした。
1人だったのでカウンターに座ると、カウンター内には無口でせっせと仕事する板前さん。客たちは居酒屋っぽい雰囲気になっているのに、彼はパリッとしています。好きです、こういう感じ。
マグロ丼を注文。壁には各ネタの値段札がかかっています。マグロ赤身は1カン400円でした。
マグロ丼は2400円なので、赤身6枚かな？ と予想したら、その通りw
大き目の切り方で嬉しいです。
マグロは口に含むと少し水っぽかったです。でも不満ではありません。美味しくいただけます。ただ、ごはんが柔らかすぎました。ちょっと口中でねちゃねちゃしました。
追加でコハダと帆立を頼みましたが、握りにするとシャリの柔らかさはさほど気になりません。気をよくしてサバと赤貝も頼みます。お腹いっぱいになりました。おかげで引越し手伝いの疲れも取れました。
シャリはもう少しかたくした方が良いのではないかと思います。
