次女の映画鑑賞に付き合ってお台場に。
どこで覚えたのか、小籠包を食べて帰りたいという。
サーチするとお手頃価格で食べられるこちらを発見。
混雑してだけど並ばず入店できた。
6個入り小籠包と中華丼とチャーハンを注文。
小籠包ように刻んだ生姜が先に届く。
小籠包も到着。
指南書の通り、小皿に黒酢を入れ、それに小籠包をつけてから大きなレンゲに乗せる。
少し穴を開けるとクチューッっと汁が溢れ出る。
穴に口をつけ少し吸うと、ウンメー汁が口に広がる。あまり熱くないから、火傷の心配は無し。
次に生姜をレンゲに乗せて一気に口にする頬張ると、いややコレはうまいとなりますね。
上品な中華料理店のチャーハンと中華丼をシェアして食べる。中華丼は量も多くて火入れも良くてうまい。
ハーフサイズも対応しているけど、普通盛りでよかった。
ただ、小籠包が足りない。
次女がめちゃ食べる。気に入ったようだ。
結局小籠包を一皿追加。
最初から10個入り小籠包にすればよかった。
場所柄かカップルが多い印象でした。
