東雲の和食屋さん。
食事処不毛地帯の東雲ではピカイチのお店。
ランチではリーズナブルに和食が楽しめます。
むつ幽庵焼き定食。
これはのどぐろ以外のむつが美味しい魚だと知ったメニュー。
白身で脂がのったむつを幽庵地にひたして上品に焼き上げています。
幽庵地とは醤油・酒・味醂を同じ分量で合わせ、
柑橘系で香り付けをしたもの。
これがとっても美味しい。
またこちらはライスおかわり無料なのですが、
ライスのレベルがとても高い。
ゆかりがかかっていてそのままでも楽しめます。
サラダは豆腐サラダ、
自家製のドレッシングが美味しい。
前菜は日替わりで、
いつもレベルが高い。
地魚刺身丼
こちらは刺身丼も美味しい。
鮮度の良い刺身に上品なタレがかかる。
ライスは本当に美味しいのでパクパク食べてしまう。
ちょこっとサイドメニューとして揚げ出し豆腐があります。
これもとても美味しい。
出汁が上品です。
東雲の高レベルな和食店でした。
