ラーメンはみそが好きです。
赤坂の「一点張」が大好きですが赤坂にはあまり用事もなく(^_^;)
そして数年ぶりにラーメン国技館へ～。
初期の国技館はお店がよく入れ替わっていましたがここ数年は変わらぬラインナップ。
みそのは最古参の一角ですね。
以前は定番に味玉が(150円ですがクレカ特典で無料!)のトッピングでしたがこの日はおなかも空いていたし野菜もとりたくて初の「みそじろう(1100円)」にチャレンジ！
もやしたっぷり、肉みそ、にんにくとがっつりです。
肉みそとニンニクは小皿によけて様子見です。
スープは濃すぎず薄すぎず食べやすいお味。
お肉は写真とは違って２-3ミリの薄いもの。昔は大きかったのにな・・・。
麺は平打ち麺に近い形状で記憶と違うような・・・。
味噌ラーメンは太めのちぢれ麺がいいのに(;_;)。
辛みそはなんと鰹節の味が前面にでていて単体では美味しいけどこの味噌ラーメンには合わないかも。
最後はお酢を入れてスープを飲むのが好きです。
コスパは高いけど、行くたびにクオリティが落ちている気がしなくもないので最近はダイバーシティの久臨に行くことが増えました(と言っても年に2.3回)
私の好みが変わったのかもしれないけどちょっと残念〜。
