みそので辛味噌ラーメン（1020円）の食券を購入して席に着いた。東京ラーメン国技館に6軒あるラーメン屋で利用するのは2軒目。席に着くとあっという間にラーメンが運ばれてきた。びっくりのはやさだ。表面がオレンジ色で辛そうだが、それほどでもない。麺は黄色い縮れ麺で、六本木の天鳳で学生の頃夜中に食べた麺みたいなルックスだが、西山製麺ではないようだ。でもいかにもな色と食感で結構好き。個人的には結構好きな部類のラーメンだった。
