グランドニッコー台場の上にある、
新しく出来たお鮨と天ぷらのお店。
コースもあるんだけど今回はアラカルト。
お鮨の方を頂きました。
最近は「お鮨をつまむ」ということの意味がわかってきて、
たくさん食べる訳ではなく、本当につまむ程度に。
小肌、つぶ貝、鯛、のど黒炙り、中とろ、いくら。
それぞれに美味しいけど、
のど黒炙りはやっぱ美味いね。
しかもお皿がウルトラマンやキティちゃん。
大将に話を聞いてみると、
普通の鮨屋じゃ個性がないから、
自分のやりたいようにやったと。
だから店内のBGMがさっきからアニソンなのか。
土地柄、海外のお客さんも多いはずなので、
こういう日本の文化の掛け算に出会えるのはいいかもね。
