トミーナは豊洲市場の管理棟を入ってすぐ右側にあるお店。開店時間が他のお店よりも遅め。８時ぐらいだったかな？なのであまり行く機会がなかったんですけど、ついに行く機会が！
ピザとパスタのお店で、店内は白を基調としていて地中海風。壁面にモネの絵。
ピザやパスタを注文すると、もれなく山盛りのサラダがついてきます(笑) オクラ、更新大根、紫玉葱などなどモリモリ。一人だったら、これでお腹いっぱいになりそう。
ご親族がやっている店から仕入れているケーキを日替わりで置いてます。今回はパイナップルのタルトでした。甘すぎずフルーツ多めでジューシーでした。
お茶だけしに入ったつもりが海鮮ピザもシェアしました。ピザ生地は薄く、クリスピー。その上にトマトソース。チーズは少な目。海鮮はイカ、アサリ、ムール貝など。ペースト（？）に海鮮のだしが効いてました。ただ、値段(3150円)を考えると、もうちょっと具だくさんでもイイかなと思いました。
いつかここで桃やさんまのパスタをいただきたいです。
