東京ビッグサイトに向かう前に構内(改札外)で昼飯。
JR東日本が運営する立ち食い蕎麦屋さんですがこちらはほとんど椅子があります。
このチェーン店は海苔つけ蕎麦が人気とネットで見ていたので初めて注文。
ちくわ天も追加。
冷たい蕎麦に冷たいつけ汁なので夏に良い。
つけ汁は大根おろし、バラ海苔、ラー油。
蕎麦をつゆにつけると色々と持ち上げてくれるのでかなり塩分摂取強めの食事にはなります。
ピリ辛でパンチもあるのであっさりしたもりそばよりも食べごたえ有り。
ちくわ天自体はキンキンに冷えてましたがこのつけ汁とめちゃくちゃ合います。
磯辺揚げの青のりと汁のバラ海苔が相性良し。
大根おろしも入ってるし天ぷらの天つゆとしてビール飲みたくなる蕎麦つゆです。
次にこのチェーン店に来ても海苔つけ蕎麦を頼むでしょう。
夜なら天ぷらとビールも。
