今日のランチは、牛たん炭焼利久有明ガーデン店 へ。
日曜日の12時過ぎだったこともあり、10人ほど並んでいました。
10分ほど待って入店。
定番メニュー以外にも、気になる品がいろいろあり、少し迷いました。
メニューの中から、いろいろ食べることができる、
小福定食（2,024円）をオーダー。
まずは、ミニサラダが登場。
サラダを食べ終えたころ、たくさん届きました。
牛たん焼（2枚4切）
お店名物の牛タン焼きは、程良い厚さと触感。
塩味が付いていて、そのまま何枚でも食べ続けられそうな仕上がりです。
隣に添えられた南蛮味噌をつけると、よりおいしくいただけます。
選べる一品は、ミニ牛たんシチューをチョイス。
柔らかい牛たんがゴロゴロ入っていて、ご飯がすすむ、濃厚なシチューです。
テールスープ
やさしいながらも、旨みがしっかり詰まったスープ。
牛テールがゴロゴロ入っているので、おかずとしても楽しめます。
大盛無料の麦飯は、しっかり大盛りにしました。
食後の和菓子付き。
冷凍で届くのですが、食後に食べる頃にちょうど溶けていて、
表面の抹茶と、中の餡がよく合います。
久々の利久で、牛タンを堪能できました。
