"有明ガーデンシアター"でライブ終わりに たん・タタ・たんな牛たん♥ライブ後なんで 喉がカラカラに渇いちゃってるんで "利久"が本社にて製造している クラフトビールの醸造所・希望の丘醸造所の トロピカルで飲み応え抜群なニューイングランドIPAの"HIND SHANK(ハインドシャンク)"♥ なかなかどっしりしていて 渇いた身体と五臓六腑に沁み渡る 効くルービー♥
ライブ後だったからか？ "おつまみメニュー・牛たん丼・冷麺メニュー"がなく"定食メニュー"オンリーだったので 焼肉屋さんのように薄切りだけど 大判な牛タンの"大判牛たん定食"♥スライスされた"牛たん"は 塩で味付けし熟成させたので柔らかい 薄々なので"おみ漬け"と ピリ辛な"南蛮味噌"を巻いて頂いたら 至高の味わい♥
定食には さらに3年に一度ドイツ・フランクフルトで開催される食肉加工ノ国際見本市IFFA銀賞受賞した"牛たんソーセージ(プレーン)"もついてくるのが嬉しい ジューシーで肉肉しさ十分♥
ご飯はもちろん"麦飯" 標準装備されていない"北海道産長芋"と"玉子"もトッピングして"麦とろごはん"で堪能♥
漬物巻いた"牛たん"頂いて"麦とろごはん"をパックンチョ♥それを 牛の旨味がぎゅ～っとされた"国産牛テールスープ"で流し込む 最高やね♥
