江東区青海のオフィスビルの１階のカフェテリア・スペースに開店したカツオとタマゴの食堂。産地まで拘った削り節を産地まで拘ったご飯に載せたカツオご飯と卵焼き、釜揚げシラス等を組み合わせたランチが頂けます。本日のオカズが、豚ハンバーグおろしポン酢ということを確認して、食券販売機の前に参り、キャッシュ・レスではないのにガッカリして、コインを投入致しましたのは、カツオたまご定食690円。食券を拾って、次亜塩素酸水で消毒してから、カフェテリア的レーンに参ります。トレイと直置きの箸がスタンバり、食券をお渡しすると、手早く用意され、トレイを受け取り、会食客からは遠い、間仕切りテーブル席に座り、お冷で箸を清め、頂きましたカツオご飯は、期待と見た目には違います。卵焼きは想定内。野菜が色々楽しめ、豚肉ハンバーグも期待通りで、しし唐が辛いのが印象的です。会食客よりも先に退出すべく、食器を分別返却し、所要時間18分です。
