豊洲駅前の、飲食店ビルの中にある一店舗です。
焼肉は、とにかくお腹一杯食べたい！というスッちゃではありますが、
この日は量より質重視で訪問しました。
店内は、質感の良い椅子や調度品が置いてあり、
価格帯の割には高級感があります。
まずは、壺付けゲタカルビから注文しました。
焼き始めると、何とも食欲をそそる香りが立ち込めます。
味噌、醤油等を使ってお店独自の味付けをしているのでしょう。
お肉自体の味を損なうことなく、丁度良い仕上がりです。
味付けが上手な焼肉屋さんなんですねっ、
という印象からスタートしました。
その後、カルビ、クロたんすじ塩焼き、モツ、壺入り豚カルビ、
石焼きビビンバと続き、気づいたらワイン２本が空いていました。
そして、取りを飾るのは「究極ハラミ」
なんとお寿司用のゲタの上に乗って、一段高いところからの登場です！
見るからに美味しいゾ感が伝わってきます。
サッと軽く火を通すだけで頂きました。
なんという深い熟成。脂の乗り方も絶妙です。
美味しい焼肉はきっとこんな味がするよねっ、
という妄想とピタリと一致する、理想的な旨みでした。
同席した他３名も、ただ無言で頷いていました。
究極ハラミ。。。たった一切食べただけですが、
味を鮮明に思い出せます。
焼肉で感動したのは久しぶりだよ。
