ジムに行く前にどうしてもお腹が空いてしまい（笑）、ついつい。
事後ちゃんとジムには行ったのですが、うっかり逆流しないかヒヤヒヤしながら腹筋してました、とりあえず大丈夫でしたが皆さんにはオススメしません。
