Lunch at Healthy Chinese Seiren Toyosu IHI branch. I ordered Takana Ramen + Half Fried Rice for 1000 yen from "Today's Lunch Menu". It's crowded with office workers, but service is smooth. The Takana Ramen soup is bland and vague. Since they claim to be healthy Chinese food, they don't use chemical ingredients as much as possible, so you can tell that the flavor is bland, but the soup stock doesn't taste very good either. The noodles were medium-thick noodles with a fluffy texture similar to Champon noodles, which didn't go well with this soup. The fried rice was brown and the rice was soft. As I ate it, I thought it tasted like fried rice or something else. Then, my companion who ordered the same menu said, ``It tastes just like the inside of this fried rice chimaki.'' Oh yeah, that's it. It has a sweet flavor, so it's likely to have different tastes.
