新豊洲の駅前にあるワイルドマジックは、運河沿いにあり屋外バーベキューができる。
近年は豊洲ぐるり公園の先でもバーベキュー施設が2軒あるので、ちょっとしたバーベキュー島だ。釣りも人気。
頑張って家族全員チャリできました。
ただこの日は夜からあいにくの雨です。
でもしっかりテントの屋根があったので、完全には防げないけど問題ありません。
主催のパパが焼き場を担当してくれたので、私達は食べる担当！ありがとうございました、
食材付き1人5,500円。
1人分は牛・豚・鶏各100グラムに玉ねぎパプリカ2種・ズッキーニ・コーン、マシュマロもついてクーラーボックスに入れて用意してくれる。
もちろんコンロもトングも付く。
で、ほかに飲食物は持ち込み可能なのです。
今回面白かったのがスモーク。
コンロに蓋がついてるので燻もできるんだけど、
ジャックダニエルの樽材から作ったスモークチップも持ち込んで、簡易燻製にトライ。
バーボンが染み込んだチップだから、これがなかなかジャックソーダに合う。気がする…
花火もできるから、4家族の子供達はテンション上がってます。大人も。ロケット花火は禁止だよ、手持ち花火のみね。
ちなみに12歳以下は無料❗️これすごい…
これはあまり知られてないけど、白砂が敷き詰められたビーチという名のエリアにはなんと幼児向け（大人も水遊び程度に使える）のプールもある！ハンモックもある！
豚肉が分厚くてサーロインも美味かったなぁ。
やっぱり大勢でバーベキューはあがる。
食材含めプランはいろいろ。
カップルにもええやろなぁ。
