豊洲に映画を観に行った帰りに伺いました。
弁天堂さんはもつ鍋や水炊きなどを主に提供するお店のようですが、豊洲店ではもつ鍋、水炊き以外にも本格的なとんこつラーメンが食べられるようにメニューが増えたと聞いてお店を選びました。
経営する母体の会社があり、博多系のラーメン屋さんも経営しているようです。
本格的な本場に近いとんこつラーメンが頂けます。
コクありで濃すぎないとんこつラーメンかなぁと思います。なかなか豊洲ららぽーとでお昼を頂く機会も少ないですが、好みのとんこつラーメンに近いので機会が合えばまた伺ってみたいと思います。
