I decided not to Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) for lunch lol
Weekday lunch. Recently, I've been watching my weight and only had a small amount of protein-based food for lunch, such as a tofu bar or chicken bar, but it's been a while since I've had a proper meal. This is near my work, but I've never been here before and this is my first visit. I was tempted by the Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) set from noon, but I wanted to drink beer and it was heavy, so I decided to have the Hakata Ramen chashu men with boiled egg topping. It's been a while since I've been to Hakata Ramen, but this place is delicious. classic It's a thin noodle with a thick pork bone broth. And the chashu pork is very tasty! I suddenly had a craving for Hakata Ramen, so I went here. The rare Ramen with hard boiled egg topping was 1,250 yen, including tax. I shoved two bags of garlic into it and ate it. This rare pork is really delicious. It's like roast pork, moist and soft, yet filling. There are about seven slices of it, so it's a huge portion. Thin noodles, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and the rest is just regular Hakata Ramen. Maybe I would have been fine with a hard bowl. I also prefer the soup a little thicker. But it was still tasty, the portion was satisfying, and I was full. I prefer this over Ippudo. I guess the price is Toyosu price, so it can't be helped. Thank you for the meal.
