駅の近くに2号店があってそちらに行くことが多い。外観はこちらのお店の方が綺麗なのだが、どことなく落ち着かない雰囲気なのも理由のひとつ。
日替わりの定食にも心惹かれたが、2号店は近隣でも秀逸な麻婆豆腐が頂けることを思い出しこちらを注文。
--山椒マーボー豆腐丼--
ランチでは単品ではなく丼のみ用意されている。提供時間はものの3分ほどと驚くほど早い。メニューをよく見ると日替わり定食にも小さな麻婆豆腐が付くらしく、作り置きしている様だ。
何やら自分が注文した料理が出てきそうな雰囲気だったので厨房の方に目をやると盛り付けた後の最後の仕上げにサラサラと白い粉が宙を舞った。遠くからもわかるくらいなのでかなりの量と推察される。
よりによって何てことを。と思ったが後の祭り。それにしても盛り付けてからとは。それだけに化学調味料がかなり強烈。山椒と言うほど香らないし、甜麺醤や豆板醤と言った調味料の風味も弱い。
2号店も暫く訪れていないが、こちらで頂いた麻婆豆腐とは似て非なるもの。せめて2号店は以前の味をキープしていて欲しい。
