豊洲駅からはちょっと歩いた場所にあります。
昼の訪問12時、
お店は混雑しています。
カウンターに着席。
本日のチャーハン

を注文。本日のチャーハンは海老チャーハンのようです。
中華鍋を振って調理している所が良く見えます。
程なくして出来上がったチャーハンは若干のパラ感がありますが、
基本は米粒に油が回ったしっとり系な感じ。
味わいは大陸系のやや薄味でオーソドックスな感じで、
町中華系の味わいとは違いました。
スープはかき玉わかめスープ
ザーサイと杏仁豆腐付きです。
餃子は大き目で皮厚く具材はみっしり入っています。
普段使いに良さそうな中華料理屋さんでした。
