平日の夜訪問。21時過ぎても営業しているお店を探したところこちらがヒット。
刀削麺が推しのようなので、汁なしの担々刀削麺にしました。ひき肉がごろっと入っており、豆苗もたっぷり。辛さもぴりっとちょうどよく、たまごを崩しながら食べるとマイルドになり美味です。
餃子は皮がもっちりで、中はジューシー。ぴゅっと汁が飛びますのでご注意ください。
