Visited for weekday lunch at 3pm, which was busy and late. There was only one customer. I ordered the most popular Pepper & Cheddar Melt Burger, a set of hand-split fries, a premium drink, and chili sauce. For the drink, I chose the original craft ginger ale. The hand-split potatoes were sold out so we changed to French cuisine fries. Drinks arrived quickly. With a strong ginger scent and a hint of cinnamon, it's not too sweet and has a crafty feel. While waiting for my burger and fries, I read the reading materials on the back of the menu. We were told that they are particular about using only the best ingredients, so we waited for about 5 minutes with excitement. Due to the attention to detail in the ingredients, I thought the food would be made with a lot of time and effort, but it arrived surprisingly quickly. Maybe it's because it's a time when there aren't many customers. Let's start with French cuisine fries. Although it is called chili sauce, it is not a creamy sauce like ketchup, but a spicy meat sauce with chunky meat like taco ingredients. It goes perfectly with French cuisine fries, but both the potatoes and sauce are low in salt. The food is healthy and delicious, given the attention to detail in the ingredients, but it's also a little lacking. I wanted some salt, so I opened one of the individually wrapped ketchup and mustard that were placed on each table. Eat French cuisine fries alternately with ketchup/chili sauce on each bite to complete your salt charge. Finally, the star of the show is the burger. The special paper bag is not just a typical bi-folded paper napkin, but a bag-like bag with two sides closed, making it really easy to eat! The juice won't spill out either. The thick-sliced bacon was nearly 2cm thick, so at first I couldn't recognize it as bacon. No matter how convenient the bag is, the burger will fall apart if this thickly sliced meat is caught in it, so I had them removed first. The buns are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Even though the patty is double-sized, it's not only the meat but also the good oil, so it's not greasy and has a light texture. There are also many other ingredients such as cheese, pepper, purple onion, and tomato. I ate it completely and it was delicious. Now I want to try another Hamburger!
