豊洲に連れとお出かけのランチで、坦々麺が食べたくなりこちらへ。ビールと坦々麺と汁なし坦々麺をオーダー。ビールを飲みながら汁なし坦々麺から。松の実が香ばしくて意外に辛くない・・・
と思ったら、辛っ！じわじわ来る系の辛さ。痺れはなく辛さのほう。慣れてくるともう少し辛さがあっても、と、調味料が供されてるとよいかと。
坦々麺は、ゴマの味が効いていて、今日求めていた坦々麺の味。
全体に、ほどよく中華感があって、軽めの夕食でも来てみたいところ。
