本当は同じ建物の居酒屋さんに行こうと思っていたのですが、気が変わってこちらのお店にふらっと来店。
焼鳥は普段から好きでよく食べるので、ここは美味しいかな〜と期待して入りました。
17時半頃に伺ったのですが結構お客さんがいて、2時間制との説明有。そのためすぐにあまおうサワー、友人はグレープフルーツサワーのメガジョッキを注文しました。
正直注文した時は、「あまおうサワーと言えどどうせ普通のいちごサワーなんだろうな〜」と思っていたのですが！！とんでもなかった。あまおうの甘酸っぱい美味しさが口いっぱいに広がる…なんと美味しいお酒…。言葉で表すとしたら、あまおうをふんだんに使ったイチゴジャムの味という感じ(語彙力がなくてすみません)。しかもお値段もそんなに高くない。ドリンクメニューは他にも、シャインマスカットサワーなどの見たことのない美味しそうなものがたくさん！お酒好きにはたまりません。
また注文はタブレットで頼む形式だったのですが、メニューと同じ画面でタッチすれば良いだけなので、わざわざもう一度探す必要がなくとてもスムーズに注文出来ました。鳥貴族のように「現在のお会計」「◯人で割り勘」などの項目もあるので、会計の際もとてもスムーズでした。
さて、ここでお料理。私はぼんじりが特に大好きなので、焼鳥おまかせ5本盛り(タレ)と単品でぼんじり(塩)とつくね、また入る前から気になっていた限定10食のすごい卵かけご飯とチキン南蛮を注文しました。
焼鳥5本盛りは皮、ハツ、レバー、ねぎま(1本忘れました)、どれもとっっても美味しい。基本塩派なのですが、臭みが出やすいレバーも臭み0。レバーが美味しいところは他の部位も美味しいと勝手に思っているのですが、案の定感動の美味しさでした。笑
またハツとレバーはいい塩梅の歯応え、皮も焼き加減がちょうどよくプリッと感が消えてない。某チェーン店の焼鳥も美味しいですが、こういうお店のものは違うなぁ…と改めて実感。
この辺りであまおうサワーを飲み終わったので、次に気になっていた早摘み若桃サワーを注文しました。しばらくしてまだ青い若桃が2つ、串に刺さったサワーが到着。「こういうタイプ、ほとんど焼酎の味しかしないんだよなぁ」と思いながら一口飲むと、甘い。しっかり甘酸っぱい。すもも？梅？のような美味しい甘酸っぱさがまたも口いっぱいに広がる…。でも串に刺さった若桃は、すこしかじるとしっかり桃の味。グルメでも何でもない私でも、いいもの使ってるなぁと圧巻のお酒でした。
一通り食べてもまだお腹が空いていたので、第2弾としてぼんじりののり塩揚げと鳥出汁を使ったラーメンを注文。ぼんじりの唐揚げは、若干油っぽさが残っていてまぁまぁのお味でしたが、ラーメンはやっぱり最高に美味でした。出汁がしっかり感じられて、そこら辺のラーメン屋さんより全然美味しい。また食べたいと思えるラーメンでした…。
