まず前菜3種の中の
「ポテトサラダ」がめちゃくちゃ美味！
カレー味のソースがかかってて
挟んであるモナカと一緒に食べると
絶妙に美味しい…
名物の「白いから揚げ」は
名前の通り白く揚がってます。
むね肉ともも肉の2種類で
そのままでも美味しいけど
自家製ポン酢、黒八味、赤山椒をつけて食べると味も味変で美味しい！！
〆の「すごい卵かけご飯」は
ふっわふわ〜
卵を割ってメレンゲに絡めながら
下に隠れたご飯と一緒に食べます。
ご飯とメレンゲを混ぜると
メレンゲがシューッと溶けていく。
濃厚な卵とメレンゲの甘さと
美味しいお醤油と白いご飯…
何重にも重なるハーモニーが
幸せでした♪
