"Yakitori Miyagawa" was founded in 1949 as a wholesaler specializing in chickens in Japan bashi, Tokyo, and is a long-established Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant with multiple restaurant in Tokyo. Today, we had a lot of one-dish dishes, including seasonal menus. The Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) slowly grilled with special Kishu Binchotan charcoal is exquisite. It goes well with our unique seasonings "Roasted Black Hachimi" and "Ripe Red Sansho"!!︎ The famous "white Karaage" is fried in beautiful oil and has a pure white batter. The "Amazing Egg-Covered Rice", which features egg yolks soaked in soy sauce and fluffy meringue, is also very mellow and delicious. It's a gem that's perfect for 〆 ...
