アパレルを母体とする会社が手掛ける飲食事業であることから、お洒落ではあってもおいしさへの期待は薄いであろうとの勝手な思いで、これまでお邪魔することがなかった『J.S. FOODIES』を訪ねてみることといたします
店内へと入りますと…
妙に空間が広く、間が抜けたようなテーブル配置であることに違和感を感じましたが、感染防止対策の一環でテーブルが抜かれているのでありましょう
さてさて、こちらのメニューには"ハンバーガー"と"パンケーキ"を主軸に、"サンドイッチ"と"プレート"と4つのカテゴリーが用意されていまして…

一般的にクロックマダムと言えば、こんがりと焼いたパンにハムとチーズ、モルネーソースを挟み、目玉焼きをトッピングしたものなのでありますが…
こちらではハムの代わりにバジルチキンを挟むというアレンジがなされていますね
メニュー書かれた説明を読んでいたなかったために商品が提供されたときに驚きましたが、いただいてみますとしっとりと柔らかい蒸し鶏の歯ざわりにバジルソースの香りがアクセントとなっていますね
パンのサクッとした歯ざわりも良く、おいしくいただくことができました
