晩飯は娘がカツ希望だったらしく、とんかつ 田 豊洲店でカツ。
娘二人はヒレカツの定食セットとメンチカツ×２、クリームコロッケの定食セット。
そして大人はから揚げ、カキフライなどをツマミに飲み進め、最後に極上ヒレカツと極上ロースカツを家族でシェア。
極上と付くカツは低温調理しているらしく、塩で食べるのが良さそう。
低温で揚げてあり柔らかく仕上がっているのだが、中でもヒレカツは特に柔らかくて旨い。
なかなか家ではここまでやらないので、久しぶりの揚げ物尽くしに満腹満足。
