この日のランチは、沖縄料理にしようと
同僚と豊洲側から東雲橋を渡り、
対岸に有明アリーナを臨む団地の1階へ
自分は2度目の訪問で前回は、
<沖縄そばとミニカツ丼・980円>を
いただいたが、ピカタの様に卵と衣を
纏ったカツが印象に残ってる
たまに食べる“沖縄そば”も普通に良かった
お冷はカウンターのボットからセルフで注ぐ
水の他に結構好きな“さんぴん茶”があるのが
沖縄っぽさもあって嬉しい
琉球グラスに注げば一層だ
今回、“日替りランチ”から選んだのは、
<島豆腐キムチちゃんぷるぅ定食・800円>
ワンプレートの中にライス、レタスサラダ、
みそ汁、主菜が盛られて運ばれてくる
キムチのまろやかで程よい辛みが
島豆腐や野菜、SPAMに絡んでいい感じ
ボリュームもランチには丁度よかった
豊洲のオフィスからそこそこ歩きはするが、
気の利いた穴場なランチ処
うちなーランチしたくなったらまた来るな

Okinawa Soba topped with flavorful rafute has a chewy noodle with a nice texture that coats the rich broth and pulls it up, filling your mouth with a gentle flavor. Comforting and delicious Okinawan dining Shinonome Lunch This is an Okinawan Cuisine restaurant I visit once a week. The champuru-style lunch menu is good, but my favorite is undoubtedly the rafute soba. After pouring myself a self-service cup of sanpin tea into a Ryukyu glass, I am guided to my seat. The hand towels that are ice cold in the summer are warmed during this season, and I feel the hospitality in such thoughtfulness. I added a mini pork and egg bowl to the half rafute soba (630 yen) for an extra 200 yen. I've ordered regular rafute soba before, but for me, the half soba + mini bowl is just right. When you bring the soup to your mouth with a spoon, the flavor of the broth hits you and a gentle flavor fills your mouth. The chewy noodles also have a nice texture, coat the soup and enhance the flavor. The rafute, which has been simmered until soft, is also full of flavor and deliciousness. A dash of "koregusu" is added midway through the meal, which gives it a pleasant natural spiciness reminiscent of Okinawa. Adding pickled ginger towards the end to change the flavor adds a nice sour accent. To fill up your stomach after finishing up half a soba noodle, the mini pork and egg bowl is the perfect choice. This sinful deliciousness is irresistible. Okinawan lunch in a concrete-like space with a feeling of Okinawan style.
